Submit your nomination today to help us recognize their incredible contributions. \nNominate a Veteran \n\n\nEvening Schedule\n  \n\n6:00 – 6:30 PM: Hospitality / Cash Bar\n6:30 PM: Dinner and Program\n\n  \n\n\n\nThis annual event is held in memory of James C. Seminaroti\, a proud veteran who passed away from ALS in 1981. All proceeds benefit The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter\, supporting research and services for those affected by this disease. \nSpecial Highlights\n\n50/50 Raffle to raise funds for ALS awareness and research\nGoal to raise $5\,000 for this important cause\n\nTickets\n\nCost: $18 per person\nAdvance sales only – no tickets sold at the door\nReservation Deadline: October 10\, 2025\n\nTo reserve your spot\, please complete the reservation form here and submit payment (checks payable to Moe’s Catering).
