Honor our U.S. Veterans at the Apex Skin Towpath Freedom 5K on Saturday, November 7 at Summit Lake in Akron.
The race honors Veterans for their service while celebrating the completion of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail in Summit County. Proceeds support the continued development and enhancement of the Towpath Trail, connector trails and the National Heritage Area. The event is also part of the Akron Promise Neighborhood Race Series.
Check-In Opens: 8:00 AM
Veterans Ceremony: 8:30 AM
5K Start: 9:00 AM
Runners, walkers, families and leashed dogs are welcome.

• Veterans: $30
• Online Registration: $40 through November 5
• Walk-Up Registration: $50, if available
All finishers receive a commemorative Finisher Medal.
