The Apex Skin Towpath Freedom 5K honors our U.S. Veterans and celebrates the completion of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail in Summit County. Proceeds support ongoing development and enhancement of the Towpath Trail, its connector trails, and the National Heritage Area. This race is part of the Akron Promise Neighborhood Race Series.

5K Start: 9:00 a.m.

- Veterans’ Rate: $30 (First 35 Veterans can register free. Contact Lauren Anderson at landerson@ohioeriecanal.org or (330) 374-5657 for registration codes.)
- Online Registration: $40 (through November 5)
- Same Day Registration: $50 (if available)
