The 2025 VSC Toy Drive Needs Community Support, Donations

The Veterans Service Commission of Summit County is proud to host its Annual Toy Drive, running this December. We’re asking our community to donate new, unopened toys and gift cards for children in middle school and younger. These donations will be distributed to local Veterans receiving VSC financial assistance for essentials like groceries and utilities and help to ensure their children have gifts to open during the holidays. Donations can be dropped off at the VSC’s Akron headquarters, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers are also needed later in December to help distribute gifts to Veterans and their families.
